Switchfoot, Between the Trees, TWLOHA 4/26/08

haven't been bloggin, and I saw Switchfoot a couple weeks ago at Cruzan Amp so I decided to blog about that. It was pretty amazing. 7th row and dead center. PERFECTION! Athlete was touring with them, but then something happened and they had to fly home (...again), so Between the Trees filled in for them. BTT is amazingly awesome, so I was really happy about that. When I saw SF back in 2006 at FAU in Boca, Athlete was supposed to be there too, then something happened so Band Marino filled in. So that's two times that I was supposed to see SF with Athlete then something happened and yeah...so that sucks. But I finally got to meet SF, and they're super nice. Got them to sign some of my guitar picks...thinking about drilling holes through them and making a bracelet with them on it. Not sure though cuz I did that last time with the pick that I caught from Drew (guitarist of SF) and then I lost the pick...so that could be a problem...oh well... And Jamie of TWLOHA spoke real quick in between BTT and SF. It was great even if it was short. Their booth was really small and they only had 2 colors to choose from for shirts, black and pink. And they were both the original TWLOHA design, so I got black...I really want the new Alive, Tourist, and their India Rescue shirts. Or all of the TWLOHA shirts, that would be really great...unfortnately I don't have that much money to be buying shirts.

So yeah, amazing bands. amazing night. TWLOHA is amazing. amazing is an amazing word. amazing amazingness. i just used the word 'amazing' like, sevenish times. haha, that's pretty amazing.

Long Time, No See

So I haven't blogged in ages and I thought that I should get back into it. So life is pretty tough right now and I need so much prayer as well as my family.
I'm on my last day of Spring Break and I'm not in the mood of getting up at 6 am Monday morning to walk to a bus stop to ride a half an hour to go to school. ughh...

Sore Throats and Hey There Delilah

So yeah, I've got a sore throat. I hate getting sore throats; they're a pain in my, well...my throat. haha. I hope I don't get sick cuz that would be bad. Oh well...sickness, what can you do about it? yeah, so that's that.
On another note, Hey There Delilah is so much fun to play on guitar. It's really easy, too. I think I learned it in a night. It's all good. I'm like, obsessed with playing it, it's such a great song. I love Hey There Delilah...it's amazzzzzing!!

Rooftops and iPods

So during YPI, I slept out on the roof with Mo. FYI: It was surprisingly comfortable. There was a skunk underneath us and it scared us so much because we didn't know what it was at first; all we heard were footsteps right by us. And I almost fell off the roof because I was sliding down because of the slope of the roof.
Yes...so the new iPods are amazing. I so want one. I want the (product) red iPod nano...you can watch videos on the new nanos, which is pretty much amazing! And the new iPod Touch is pretty cool, too...it looks like the iPhone. So I'm going to the mall tonight with my daddy, and we have an Apple store, so I'm gonna have a look at 'em. I have the 2nd gen. nano...the (product) red one...I love supporting good organizations, so that's pretty much why I get the red iPods.

So...

So I have a blog now...where I will post random thoughts that go through my head and outrageous things that I find amusing. Yes...that's about it.
